Grant
A completed purchase grants a non-exclusive right to use and modify the purchased theme in projects you own or control. Scope: [License scope required: one project or unlimited owned projects]. The source package remains the intellectual property of its creator.
Limits
Do not resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute the theme package as a standalone theme, starter, or competing template. Do not remove license notices from redistributed application source where the package requires them. You may deliver an application built with the theme to your own customers within the agreed project scope.
Third-party code
Some packages may include third-party dependencies governed by their own licenses. Those licenses are included with the download when applicable and take precedence for their respective components.
Term
The license for a paid version continues unless you materially breach its terms. A confirmed full refund ends the license for that order and requires you to stop using the refunded theme. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
