Requesting help
Open a support ticket with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review access or file problems, duplicate purchases, and other concerns. This draft does not set a final voluntary refund window; that decision must be made before launch.
Digital downloads
A confirmed payment makes a digital package available immediately. Tell us whether you downloaded it and describe any technical problem so we can investigate. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect regardless of this policy.
Payment providers
Approved Stripe refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method. A NOWPayments refund may require manual review with NOWPayments and may be subject to network fees or provider limits. We will not mark a crypto refund complete until we have an external confirmation reference.
After a refund
A confirmed full refund ends download access for the refunded order. Previously used download links remain expired. We will record the decision and the provider reference in the order history.
