Who handles your data

Engineered Automated Systems for Aritificial Intelligence operates this store. Use the private contact form for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests.

What we collect

We store your name, email, account credentials managed by Better Auth, order and payment references, support messages, and download activity. A completed download records the client IP address, file, time, and user agent to enforce allowances and investigate misuse. We do not store full card details or private crypto keys.

If you accept analytics cookies, we record page paths, referring sites, a browser session identifier, and visit times. We do not send these traffic events when you choose essential cookies only.

Why and with whom

We use account and order data to deliver purchases, handle refunds, respond to tickets, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Stripe and NOWPayments process payments; the configured transactional email provider sends verification and reset messages. These providers handle information needed for those services under their own notices.

Retention and security

We keep records while needed for purchase delivery, support, security, and legal obligations. Retention schedules, backup periods, and deletion procedures must be finalized before launch. Access to customer and download records is limited by staff roles. Private packages are stored outside the public web directory.

Your choices

You can change your analytics choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Contact us to request a copy or correction of your account data, or to ask for deletion where permitted. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
